CP60XSVR called "AIR-VACUUM-CLEANING MACHINE" is a suitable equipment to make surfaces’ cleaning from incrustations of ink made up of water or dissolvent, resin or varnishes, by mean of a dry mixture of compressed air and sodium bicarbonate or other eventual product for cleaning.

Cleaning operation is realized by one worker without any dispersion, thanks to a special brush-head that is capable of recovering the used product, instantaneously.

Due to this characteristic, CP60XSVR is particularly suitable to clean anilox rollers, rolls and sleeves with any length, weight and diameter. In some case (for example corrugated cardboard) the operation can be made without disassembling the rollers from the printing press.

The system can be used for cleaning any other particular of machine if the surface to be treated, is more than 60 mm that it is the diameter of brush head of machine.

AIR-VACUUM-CLEANING MACHINE CP60XSVR allows to make cleaning and maintenance operations in completely independent way, during the most convenient time for you, without increasing in expensive machine’s stops determined by indispensable time for particulars’ carriage and cleaning.

CP60XSVR is a machine that works by mean of compressed air and electric power at a voltage of 220 volts mono-phase and it is supplied with two components, both trailer-mounted and both connected through flexible hoses. Due to these characteristics, the equipment can be placed and made ready in few minutes and easy for working and after having worked, due to its not bulky sizes, can be put in small places.

The machine is supplied complete with 5 mt. hoses from brush head to the tank under pressure, having a capacity of 60 lt. and trailer-mounted.

CP60XSVR with above-mentioned components and filled with 25 kg. of baking soda can work for 1 hour at a working pressure of 5 bar, recovering the used products (not utilizable any more) in two bags for waste product.
